The Workplace Health, Safety and Environment (WHSE) Manager and Safety Manager – APAC is a pivotal job focused on developing and enhancing regional health and safety strategies that protect personnel and support business growth. This role is essential in designing innovative WHSE programs while ensuring compliance with regulations across various jurisdictions. Collaboration and leadership are key, as the job involves overseeing health and safety governance for significant projects, aligning with Cubic’s operational priorities and customer expectations.

You'll be responsible for

Designing WHSE programs

Creating and managing region-wide WHSE programs that align with Cubic’s business goals and compliance obligations.

Promoting risk prevention culture

Fostering a culture of proactive risk identification and continuous improvement within the organization.

Collaborating with global leaders

Working with global WHSE leaders to ensure alignment of APAC initiatives with global strategies.

Key criteria

10+ years of WHSE experience

Extensive background in workplace health, safety, and environment management.
