The Work Health and Safety (WHS) Manager at Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) plays a pivotal role in enhancing the safety and governance of the organization. This job is all about ensuring that WHS practices not only comply with statutory obligations but also reflect contemporary governance standards. You'll be responsible for

Leading WHS governance strategy

Designing, governing, and continuously improving RWWAโ€™s WHS Management System and governance framework.

Integrating WHS risk into ERMF

Ensuring WHS risk is aligned with organizational risk appetite and control ownership clarity.

Delivering Executive-level reporting

Providing due diligence insights, dashboards, and performance metrics to Executives and the Board.

Significant WHS experience

Demonstrated experience in senior WHS roles within complex environments.
