About the job

As a Workday Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging People & Culture, Technology, and business needs. Your expertise will help enhance employee journeys through innovative processes and data flows, making a significant impact on the overall People & Culture strategy. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and optimisation of Workday and related systems.

You'll be responsible for

Leading business analysis & process design

Lead discovery sessions and workshops with P&C and business stakeholders; and map and document current and future state processes for Workday and related People systems.
⚙️

Optimising & configuring Workday

Support, maintain and optimise Workday business processes across current and future modules.

Identifying AI-enabled process improvements

Identify and assess AI, RPA and automation use cases across People & Culture to reduce manual work and improve employee and manager experience.
