You'll be responsible for

Developing and managing rosters

Create and oversee rosters for OSHC and holiday programs to ensure consistent coverage and compliance.

Responding to staffing changes

Address staffing changes, absences, and urgent workforce needs in real time.

Partnering with Area Managers

Collaborate with Area Managers and service teams to optimize staffing outcomes and address workforce needs.
