You'll be responsible for

Managing the daily allocation of over 500 train crew and 1,400 wagons to ensure smooth operations.

Maintaining crew rosters

Updating and adjusting crew schedules in response to operational changes.

Monitoring operations

Identifying potential disruptions and implementing solutions to keep freight moving safely.
