You'll be responsible for

Serving as the primary reception contact

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Managing switchboard operations

Overseeing visitor sign-in procedures and maintaining immaculate reception areas.

Coordinating meeting rooms and events

Arranging catering, room setup, and audio-visual services for meetings and events.
