Serve as the initial point of contact for Westpac employee enquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to workplace services, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of employees and guests.👋
Providing a welcoming presence
Provide a visible, welcoming presence in the workplace, including time at reception/entry points and regular floor walks to proactively identify needs and improve day-to-day experience.🎉
