You'll be responsible for

Providing advice and guidance

Offering advice and guidance to employees, line and senior management on employment-related matters, including misconduct and discrimination.

Supporting dispute resolution

Assisting employees and management in settling disputes and grievances through investigations and mediation.

Facilitating presentations

Conducting presentations and workshops on Workplace Relations topics for HR Direct and management levels.

What we're looking for

🎓

Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field

Possession of relevant qualifications in HR Management or Industrial Relations.

2+ years of industrial relations experience

Experience providing direct industrial relations advice to management.

Demonstrated experience in HR policy guidance and conducting investigations.
