You'll be responsible for

Providing high-level support
Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the practice group.📅
Managing diaries and travel
Diary management including organising client meetings and facilitating travel arrangements.📊
Assisting with billing and accounts
Assist with the preparation and processing of pre-bills and accounts on a monthly basis, and client reporting requirements.Key criteria

Legal administrative experience
Proven experience in a legal administrative or secretarial role.View

Billing processing expertise
Experience with billing processes, ideally using Aderant Expert.View
