You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support
Working closely with a team of fee-earners to support with general administrative tasks, client management, timesheets and other ad hoc tasks to deliver exceptional service to our clients.📊
Managing accounts and billing
General accounts management, client reporting and monthly billing.📞
Coordinating communications
Corresponding and coordinating with clients, counsel, consultants and internal Clayton Utz teams including Finance and IT.What we're looking for

5+ years legal secretarial experience
Demonstrated experience supporting Partners in a law firm setting.View fit

Client billing process experience
