You'll be responsible for

Providing high-level support

Delivering high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Energy & Resources practice group.

Managing diaries

Organising client meetings and managing diaries, including occasional travel arrangements.

Assisting with billing

Assisting in the preparation and processing of pre-bills and accounts on a monthly basis.

4+ years administrative experience

Experience in a corporate environment, preferably legal.
