You'll be responsible for

Providing high-level support
Delivering high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Energy & Resources practice group.📅
Managing diaries
Organising client meetings and managing diaries, including occasional travel arrangements.🧾
Assisting with billing
Assisting in the preparation and processing of pre-bills and accounts on a monthly basis.Key criteria

4+ years administrative experience
Experience in a corporate environment, preferably legal.View

Billing processing expertise
Proven experience with billing processes, ideally Aderant Expert.View
