Providing front desk coverage at the mailroom
Serving as the primary point of contact for employees collecting packages, lodging outbound shipments, or seeking assistance with courier and shipping queries.🤝
Coordinating vendors and contractors
Acting as the primary point of contact for all workplace services vendors and contractors, ensuring performance standards and contractual obligations are met.🖥️
Administering workplace services data
Maintaining workplace services data across JLL systems, including facilities management and work order platforms.Key criteria
