You'll be responsible for

Leading the youth team
Leading the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package, acting as the main contact for adolescent and young adult participants and their families.🎯
Supporting youth participants
Utilising assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants to achieve their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.❤️
Building relationships
Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).Key criteria
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View
🗣️
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with youth and families.View
👥
Minimum 12 months youth experience
Experience working with youth aged 9-25 in a supportive capacity.View
