You'll be responsible for

Leading the youth team
Leading the interdisciplinary youth team to plan and implement therapy packages for young participants, acting as the main contact for them and their families.🎯
Supporting youth participants
Utilising assessment and intervention skills to help youth participants achieve their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.❤️
Building relationships
Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports to empower them and foster a supportive environment.Key criteria
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View
🗣️
Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with youth and their families.View

Experience with youth aged 9-25
Minimum 12 months working with young people in diverse settings.View
