You'll be responsible for

Leading the interdisciplinary youth team
Acting as the main contact for adolescents and young adults, planning their NDIS funded therapy packages.🎯
Utilising assessment and intervention skills
Supporting youth participants to achieve their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.❤️
Building meaningful relationships
Empowering participants and their families to develop habits and routines for better outcomes.What we're looking for
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View fit

Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with youth and their families.View fit

Minimum 12 months experience
