You'll be responsible for

Leading interdisciplinary teams
Acting as the main contact for participants and their families while planning NDIS funded therapy packages.📊
Utilising assessment and intervention skills
Supporting youth participants in achieving their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.❤️
Building meaningful relationships
Fostering connections with participants and their supports to empower them in their journey.What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View fit

Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with youth and their families.View fit

Minimum 12 months experience
Experience working with youth aged 9-25, especially with disabilities.View fit
