Providing youth support
Delivering youth programs across schools, community events, and Belmore Youth Resource Centre to increase youth engagement and respond to the needs of young people.🧒
Ensuring child safety
Maintaining appropriate boundaries, risk assessments, and incident response as well as mandatory reporter guidelines.📊
Reporting progress
Reporting progress on actions and outcomes in accordance with DCJ Funding Agreement and Council's Youth Action Plan.Key criteria

TAFE Certificate IV or equivalent
Possession of a minimum TAFE Certificate IV in Community Services or related experience.View
👥
Experience in youth programs
Demonstrated experience conducting youth-related social and recreational programs.View

Knowledge of legislation
Understanding of government legislation and funding programs related to young people.View
