You'll be responsible for

Working with the CARE model

Working in accordance with the CARE model, you will be able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, young people and families by taking a therapeutic centred approach.

Providing nurturing care arrangements

Supporting the provision of stable, trauma informed, nurturing non-family-based care arrangements.

Building connections

Building positive and trusting connections with family, friends and community.

Key criteria

🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Certificate IV in relevant field

Possession of or enrollment in Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or related field.

Current Blue Card and licenses

Valid Blue Card, First Aid & CPR certification, and QLD Driver Licence.

Demonstrated experience incorporating CARE principles in support of children and young people.
