You'll be responsible for

Providing professional and consistent support to young people who are homeless or at risk of experiencing homelessness.

Implementing case management plans

Supporting the case management team in the ongoing implementation of case management plans.

Creating a therapeutic environment

Fostering a therapeutic environment within the crisis accommodation setting.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification in social sciences

Degree in social sciences, welfare, or related field required.
