Job applications are so 2024! On Hatch job seekers can now “send a match request” directly to hiring managers when they post a job.
Hiring managers can also send job seekers a “match request” if they think they are a good fit for their open job.

Our AI recommendations engine has been upgraded to deliver more sophisticated candidate recommendations based on skills, values and interests fit.

Introducing Team Reels
These are short video prompts that hiring teams can record easily on their laptop and mobile device that give job seekers a better understanding of what it’s really like to work on their team.

What does this mean for my current or previous job activity?
All new job activity will now happen on the updated Hatch platform (hatch.team), while any pending or completed job activity will remain on legacy (legacy.hatch.team).
Over the next few months we'll be migrating legacy job and application data to the new platform.
