You'll be responsible for

Working sensitively with families

Engaging with parents, family members, children, or young people in a respectful manner to support their needs.

Developing safety plans

Creating safety plans and conducting risk assessments to ensure the well-being of children and families.

Managing cases

Overseeing cases involving high needs and high-risk clients, including participation in court processes.

Key criteria

📜

Relevant diploma or degree

Preferred qualification in social work or related field.

Minimum two years working with at-risk youth and families.
