You'll be responsible for

Supporting accessibility initiatives
Supporting the monitoring and tracking of V/Line’s Accessibility Action Plan, including preparing monthly updates and progress reports.📋
Data management
Completing data entry and reviewing accessibility-related cases to ensure information is captured correctly and can be closed or escalated as needed.📝
Administrative support
Managing administrative tasks such as processing invoices, managing stock requests and providing general team coordination and administrative support.Key criteria
