As an Account Director – Institutional Super, you will take charge of strategic employer relationships, ensuring governance and growth for Employer Superannuation clients. You'll be responsible for

Leading strategic relationships

Own and lead strategic relationships with large and complex employer clients, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders including C-suite and Board representatives.

Developing account plans

Develop and deliver insight-led account plans that drive member growth, retention and deeper engagement within employer plans.

Managing governance forums

Lead governance forums, including Policy Committees, with a forward-looking and outcome-focused approach.
