Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the eCommerce and Financial Services sectors, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their business objectives.📞
Acting as the primary point of contact
Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, owning the ongoing relationship and ensuring clients successfully implement and leverage the Insightech platform.📈
Leading contract renewals and upsells
Lead all contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell efforts by preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and securing on-time renewals and expansions to drive revenue growth.
