You'll be responsible for

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Sydney and Melbourne hospitality accounts to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.

Leading and developing a team

Coaching and developing a team of approximately 12 hospitality professionals across multiple locations to drive performance and engagement.

Client engagement

Acting as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
