You'll be responsible for

Customer collections & receipting
Liaising with customers to support timely settlement of outstanding balances, allocating customer payments accurately, and monitoring payment terms.📄
Claims, deductions & adjustments
Reviewing and processing deductions and adjustment notes, challenging non-compliant claims, and partnering with internal teams to resolve claims efficiently.📊
Reporting & governance
Preparing weekly accounts receivable and ledger reports, monitoring aged trial balances, and supporting internal and external audit activities as required.Key criteria
