As a Line 1 representative, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements by identifying, documenting and mitigating potential compliance and operational risks throughout the integration lifecycle.

Providing updates

Providing regular updates to the Integration Program Director and Steering Committee.

Integration management

Proven experience in integrating business functions within post-acquisition integration, merger or large-scale transformation environments.

Stakeholder communication

Strong understanding of functional domains including Marketing, Finance and People & Culture, and stakeholder communications.
