Assessing community nursing care
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care, in the patient home or clinic, in collaboration with individuals and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.Key criteria

Registered Nurse – Division 1
Possession of valid registration with AHPRA for nursing practice.View

Current NSW driver's licence
Valid licence required for community nursing responsibilities.View
