You'll be responsible for

Providing executive-level administrative support

Delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Business Unit Manager and Lead Team, including diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and assisting in the preparation of Committee and internal briefing papers/presentations.
👥

Guiding and influencing administration activities

Overseeing administration activities within the Business Unit, delegating work to other administration roles, and contributing to performance agreements.
📈

Leading and developing the administration function

Enhancing the administration function in the Business Unit and ensuring effective communication of Corporate and Group requirements.

Proven experience providing high-level support in large organizations.
