You'll be responsible for

Attending to patients and families
Attend to presenting patients, family members, general public, Police and Ambulance by directing to appropriate treatment or assistance.📞
Triage and reception support
Triage - respond to general reception enquiries for the Department by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support patients and staff.🗂️
Administrative support
Perform a support role to Medical and Nursing staff within the Department by assisting with the preparation and completion of a range of administrative duties.Key criteria
