You'll be responsible for

Preparing reports and documents

Preparation of reports, letters, spreadsheets and other documents as per the operational requirements of the Department.

Maintaining schedules

Maintain timetables, diaries and schedule activities as directed by the Departmental Manager.

Providing administrative support

Provide administration support and assist with special projects including LATM studies, audits, archiving, records management, mail outs and mail merges and other administration duties as directed from time to time.
