Providing reception services
Delivering face-to-face and telephone reception services for Mental Health Service clients, ensuring all enquiries are handled with sensitivity and confidentiality.⏰
Ensuring timely communication
Making sure that information is provided to the correct clinician in a timely manner to support client care.🗂️
Undertaking administrative duties
Carrying out general administrative and clerical duties as required by senior staff and other clinicians within the team.Key criteria
