Supporting patient admissions
Playing an important role in supporting the patient journey from the point of admission, ensuring a smooth process for patients and families.📋
Processing admissions
Managing admissions via the Emergency Department, planned and direct admissions, and maintaining accurate patient information.📞
Liaising with clinical staff
Regularly communicating with clinical staff, patients, and families to ensure admissions are completed accurately and efficiently.Key criteria
