Providing technical support
Delivering technical support for all facets of the End User Computing (EUC), Wintel, and software distribution services via various communication channels.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Working with Workplace Subject Matter Experts and Architects to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and are delivered successfully.📈
Driving continuous improvement
Contributing to the tracking and reporting against agreed service KPIs, SLAs, and ensuring adherence to security and architectural standards.What we're looking for
