You'll be responsible for

Leading residential team

You lead the residential team each day and coordinate case work activities, so participants receive appropriate care, education, and support.

Coordinating daily operations

You act as the central contact for daily operations and problem solving while supporting consistent practice across the program.

Overseeing clinical governance

You complete core governance routines including case reviews, supervision, team meetings, file audits, and treatment completion reviews.
