You'll be responsible for

Leading a structured review of GTM workflows

Conducting a thorough review of current segment-level go-to-market workflows, handoffs, and decision-making processes.

Designing a segment-led GTM operating model

Creating a clear and effective segment-led go-to-market operating model with defined roles, governance, cadence, and workflows.
🚀

Redesigning customer onboarding journey

Leading the end-to-end redesign of the customer engagement and onboarding journey to ensure a best-in-class experience.

Skills you'll need

Strategy consulting

Strong experience in strategy consulting, particularly in go-to-market strategies and commercial operating model transformation.

Workflow mapping

Ability to map workflows, diagnose organizational gaps, and design future-state operating models effectively.
