Overseeing life insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Delivering regular communication regarding the status of claims and managing expectations for quality health and claim outcomes.

Engaging with external and internal specialists

Collaborating with external treating doctors, rehabilitation consultants, and in-house medical and legal specialists to deliver timely outcomes.

Skills you'll need

Life insurance claims management experience

Experience managing life insurance claims within Group policy, particularly Income Protection (IP) and Total Permanent Disability (TPD) claims.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to assess, analyze, calculate, and finalize claims payments effectively.

Excellent communication and empathy skills

Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support customers during challenging times.
