Overseeing life insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Providing exceptional customer service

Delivering high-quality service in accordance with company philosophy, policy, and claims procedures.

Engaging with external and internal specialists

Collaborating with treating doctors, rehabilitation consultants, and in-house medical and legal specialists to deliver timely outcomes.

Skills you'll need

🛡️

Life insurance claims management experience

Experience managing life insurance claims within Group policy, particularly with Income Protection (IP) and Total Permanent Disability (TPD) claims.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to assess, analyze, and calculate claims payments effectively while managing a portfolio of claims.

Excellent communication and empathy

Ability to communicate effectively and provide support to customers during challenging times, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
