You'll be responsible for

Providing application support

Providing application support and troubleshooting for Pronto Xi and other business systems.

Investigating user requests

Investigating and resolving user requests through Jitbit, Jira and Confluence.
🚀

Supporting testing and deployments

Supporting testing, deployments and system improvements alongside our Development team.

Application support experience

Demonstrated experience in application support or systems administration.
