You'll be responsible for

Owning the O2C cycle
Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle across all Heidi entities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.⚠️
Escalating complex issues
Serving as the final escalation point for complex billing and collection issues, ensuring resolution.📚
Building the AR playbook
Creating and maintaining policies, SOPs, and internal controls to document processes and ensure compliance.Key criteria

7+ years of AR or Revenue Operations experience
Demonstrated expertise in managing AR functions and teams.View
