You'll be responsible for

Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle across all Heidi entities, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Escalating complex issues

Serving as the final escalation point for complex billing and collection issues, ensuring resolution.

Building the AR playbook

Creating and maintaining policies, SOPs, and internal controls to document processes and ensure compliance.

7+ years of AR or Revenue Operations experience

Demonstrated expertise in managing AR functions and teams.
