Managing tenant matters
Managing daily tenant matters, responding to all incoming requests, and assisting in resolving issues.📊
Lease administration
Implementing and maintaining orderly lease administration and financial management procedures.💰
Budget coordination
Liaising with Property Managers to coordinate and prepare operating budgets.Key criteria

Recent property management experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar property management role.View

Tertiary qualification
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, especially in Property.View
