The Assistant Company Secretary job at EML is an exciting opportunity to support corporate governance and secretariat functions within a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. You'll be responsible for

Preparing and coordinating Board and Committee materials

This includes agendas, papers, and presentations to ensure smooth meetings.

Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes

Tracking actions through to completion is essential for accountability.

Supporting statutory reporting and regulatory lodgements

This includes compliance with ASIC and APRA requirements.
