Maintaining statutory registers and records with meticulous accuracy and preparing and lodging all required ASIC filings.

Managing Employee Equity Plans

Administering employee share and option plans, including preparing and dispatching offer documents.

Company secretarial experience

3-5 years of experience in company secretarial roles.
