Preparing annual meeting calendars and expertly organising, attending, and minuting Board and Committee meetings.

Ensuring Corporate Compliance & Administration

Maintaining statutory registers and records with meticulous accuracy and preparing and lodging all required ASIC filings.

Managing Employee Equity Plans

Administering employee share and option plans, including preparing and dispatching offer documents.

Company secretarial experience

3-5 years of company secretarial experience with ASX listed companies.

Proven understanding of ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Corporations Act.
