You'll be responsible for

Supporting project milestones

Support the completion and delivery of major project milestones, including quality reviews, inspections, and completion activities.

Coordinating stakeholders

Coordinate project stakeholders including the Hotel Owner, Operator, and D&C Contractor to ensure project obligations and deliverables are met.

Managing governance and reporting

Manage governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement requirements for both the JV partner and key Hotel stakeholders.
