You'll be responsible for

Leading a safe & therapeutic home environment

Supporting the daily operations of the home and providing guidance to Residential Care Workers to ensure high-quality care for young people.

Supporting positive outcomes for young people

Delivering therapeutic care, implementing care plans, and promoting education, life skills, cultural connection and community participation.

Building strong relationships & partnerships

Working collaboratively with young people, families, case managers, Child Protection and other key stakeholders.

Diploma qualification

Relevant Diploma including mandatory Residential Care units.
