Overseeing daily care
Supervising the daily care of clients provided by residential care workers within the allocated residential care unit.📋
Reporting to the coordinator
Reporting to the Northern Residential Coordinator and ensuring effective communication within the team.❤️
Supporting young people
Providing accommodation and support to children and young people referred through the Child Protection system.Key criteria

Relevant degree or diploma
Bachelor's degree or diploma with additional competencies required.View

Behavioural management program experience
Proven skills in developing programs for challenging behaviours.View
