Assist with rent collection, arrears management, and accurate record-keeping in AMS systems to ensure financial accuracy.📝
Preparing work orders and invoices
Prepare and process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices promptly to maintain operational efficiency.🔍
Supporting property inspections
Support property inspections and coordinate with facilities managers for maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained.What we're looking for
