Communicating with customers/tenants
Proactively communicating with customers/tenants using various approved building media.🗂️
Managing day-to-day operations
Overseeing day-to-day management of Aurora Place, including leasing, reporting, and debt management.🤝
Supporting the CRM and Operations Team
Assisting the CRM and Operations Team with queries regarding Tenant Service Requests and invoices.Key criteria

5+ years in property management
Demonstrated experience in Commercial, Industrial, or Retail property management.View

Financial reporting expertise
Proven ability in asset planning, budgets, and capital works.View
