Serving as the primary point of contact for tenant enquiries
Actively engage with tenants to address their questions and concerns across both properties, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.📝
Assisting with lease administration and invoicing verification
Support the management of lease agreements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions related to property management.📊
Maintaining accurate records in property management systems
Ensure all data is up-to-date and organized within the property management software to facilitate smooth operations.What we're looking for

2-3 years in property management
Experience in commercial, industrial, or retail property management is essential.View fit

Victorian Agents Representative Licence
